How do I check my order status?
You can find your tracking information in our shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive this email to your inbox, please check your spam folder. You can also check Order Status page located at the bottom part of our home page.
Do you charge sales tax on my order?
We pay the sales tax, so you don't have to.
Will I get a confirmation that my order was received?
Yes. You will get an email confirmation right after placing an order. If you do not receive the email please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, you will also receive a tracking confirmation.
Can I cancel or change my submitted order?
Accessories and “in stock” item can be cancelled at no charge prior to shipping. For the backorder blinds, it can be cancelled but no refund will be issued. If your order has shipped then you must follow the return policy.

Shipping & Return
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment ( within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide while you check out. If your item is on backorder or need to go through manufacturing process, we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone. We will notify you the estimate shipping date ( From 2 days to 6 weeks) and confirm if you want to continue processing the order.
How do you charge for shipping?

Why do you ask for commercial address?
Due to the size and weight of our blinds, we work with freight carriers for the delivery of your order. Shipping to a commercial address allows us to use facilities such as loading docks to carefully unload your blinds while preventing any dents, scratches or any sort of damage during the process. Delivering to commercial addresses also helps us get your item delivered faster because of reduced routing time.
