What are my payment options?

How do I check my order status?

You can find your tracking information in our shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive this email to your inbox, please check your spam folder. You can also check  Order Status page located at the bottom part of our home page.

Do you charge sales tax on my order?

We pay the sales tax, so you don't have to. 


Will I get a confirmation that my order was received?

Yes. You will get an email confirmation right after placing an order. If you do not receive the email please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, you will also receive a tracking confirmation.

Can I cancel or change my submitted order?

Accessories and “in stock” item can be cancelled at no charge prior to shipping. For the backorder blinds, it can be cancelled but no refund will be issued. If your order has shipped then you must follow the  return policy.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped? 

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment ( within  2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide while you check out. If your item is on backorder or need to go through manufacturing process, we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone. We will notify you the estimate shipping date ( From 2 days to 6 weeks) and confirm if you want to continue processing the order.  

How do you charge for shipping?

Why do you ask for commercial address? 

Due to the size and weight of our blinds, we work with freight carriers for the delivery of your order. Shipping to a commercial address allows us to use facilities such as loading docks to carefully unload your blinds while preventing any dents, scratches or any sort of damage during the process. Delivering to commercial addresses also helps us get your item delivered faster because of reduced routing time.

Pretty good blind

Richard Helm I put it together with help you do need 2 people. It does seem solid and went together easily. I was happy that all the holes lined up. The two things that could improve is the door handels. They dont seem to work that well. The other thing is that some of the he's that the window fasteners screw into were to close to the windows. Overall I'm happy with the blind.

I’ve had my 120 for two years now. Worth EVERY penny. Perfect large and small pond boat.Exactly what the “fish doctor “ ordered. Slides in the water with ease. Very maneuverable by myself. Plenty of room for two large adults. Easy to transport, fitting perfectly in the bed of my Nissan pickup.Durable.very impressed of how stable this boat really is.YouTube video is TRUTH that it will NOT TURN OVER.( at least for the Bass Baby)Recommend. Highly recommend.

Best purchase ever

After researching other brands I decided on Bass Hunter. I fished in one 40 years ago and loved it so I decided to give it a try. As far as I’m concerned this is top of the line on the market!
I purchased the Bass Hunter 120 on Friday, and hit the water on Saturday morning. With 2 people, trolling motor, battery, depth finder and all the rods and tackle that go along with it we had no issues. Balance is perfect, tracking was straight and it only drafted 6 inches deep. I know I will enjoy this for years to come. Great people to deal with and awesome product at reasonable prices.

easily put together and stood up fairly easy.. sturdy and good quality.. wish there were curtaina u could but as an accesory for windows.. but other then that thrilled and cant wait for hunting season
